Return and Warranty Policy

At Bienestar507 operated by Yaniza Gonzalez, as official promoters of Swiss Just de Panama S.S., we are committed to offering you the highest quality products and exceptional service. All products we sell are backed by SwissJust de Panama S.A. warranties and comply with Panamanian consumer protection legislation.
Products purchased on our website are covered by the guarantees provided in Law No. 45 of 2007, regulated by Executive Decree No. 46 of 2009, which establishes norms for Consumer Protection and Competition Defense.
1. Legal Guarantee (30 days)
Warranty Period
If products have faults or defects, the customer has a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of product receipt to exercise the legal warranty, provided the deterioration is not attributable to the consumer.
Available Options
In case of products with faults or defects, the customer may choose:
- Product exchange for one in perfect condition
- Refund of the amount paid
Requirements to Exercise the Warranty
To validate the legal warranty, the customer must:
- Send the product with its original packaging in good condition
- Include a copy of the electronic invoice
- Contact us through the means indicated below
What is Considered a Fault or Defect?
A fault or defect in products will be considered in the following cases:
- Parts, substances, or ingredients do not correspond to the specifications mentioned on the label or packaging
- Due to manufacturing, processing, quality, or sanitary deficiencies, the product is not suitable for its intended use or consumption
- The product has hidden defects or flaws that prevent normal use
2. Satisfaction Guarantee (10 days)
In addition to the legal warranty, Swiss Just offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you may request an exchange.
Satisfaction Period
This guarantee may be exercised within ten (10) calendar days following product receipt.
Satisfaction Guarantee Conditions
- This guarantee may be exercised only once per customer
- The product must be returned in good condition, in its original container with minimal use
- You may request an exchange for products of equal price or higher (paying the difference)
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Note: Approval of this guarantee is at the discretion of SwissJust de Panama S.A.
3. How to process a return?
- 1. Contact info@bienestar507.com with your order number.
- 2. Upon validation, you will receive shipping instructions.
- 3. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a legal warranty (defect), shipping costs are covered by Bienestar507 operated by Yaniza Gonzalez. If it is due to a Satisfaction Guarantee (dislike), shipping and transport costs will be the responsibility of the consumer.
5. Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products damaged by misuse, negligence, or accident
- Products with opened, altered, or missing label packaging
- Products with broken or missing security seals
- Requests made outside the corresponding warranty period

All products offered are officially manufactured and distributed by SwissJust de Panama S.A., which acts as the ultimate guarantor of quality; however, Bienestar507 operated by Yaniza Gonzalez assumes direct responsibility for sales management, customer service, and warranty facilitation in accordance with current Panamanian legislation and the manufacturer's commercial terms.
